Eileen Ryan is an Anti-plastic Activist and a volunteer speaker with Beyond Plastics, an advocate of Climate and Social Justice issues, a lifelong UU, and also leads women’s history walking tours in Boston with Boston by Foot.
Plastic pollution has increased exponentially in the past 25 years and is an ecological, climate, and human health crisis as well as an environmental justice issue. Come learn more about plastic production and pollution and why we need upstream solutions to the plastic pollution crisis. Eileen Ryan, a trained speaker with Beyond Plastics, will lead a 30-minute presentation followed by a lively discussion. All are welcome.
