Creating a Joyous Meditation Practice
Creating a Joyous Meditation Practice
December 4 9-9:45am
December 11 and 18 from 9-10:15 am on Zoom
If you are interested in starting or deepening a meditation practice, please join Bob for this 3-week series. We ask that you commit to all three meetings. All are welcome, but the class size is limited (first come, first served). Well into his Sixties, Bob Lyster’s mother described him as a “Work in Process”. Throughout his life, Bob has found the spiritual journey enormously fulfilling. Guided by his years of training in Mysticism, he has actively participated in a number of the world’s major religions as well as engaged with countless spiritual philosophy and growth programs.
A career Wall Streeter, Bob has retired to a peaceful country setting and has found the spiritual side of life even more fascinating, dynamic, and joyful. A meditator for half a century, his participation in the Buddhism and Mindfulness Program has brought a new expansiveness to his practice. The “Work in Process” is more fun than ever. Bob holds a BA in Economics from Amherst College and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. If you are interested in joining, email pamela@allsoulsnyc.org.
