Establishing Your Practice
New to mindfulness meditation or re-committing to a regular practice? This small, six-week group, led by All Souls member Carolyn Jackson, could be the support you’d like. We’ll share ideas about how to practice regularly, even when it seems like “nothing’s happening,” and find ways to enrich and support your efforts.
