PASSCODE: AS

In this online workshop led by Dr. Pilar Jennings we will explore our primary relationships: to self, family, friends, and community.  With an emphasis on healing the conflicts and difficulties that arise in our most valued relationships, we will consider the methods offered in Buddhist psychology and psychotherapy.  Together we will enjoy time for conversation, guided meditation, and reflection, as we usher in this New Year with the tools needed for increased connection and harmonious relationships.  All are welcome—you do not need to have participated in the How To Be in Relationship course!

Pilar is a psychoanalyst in private practice with a focus on the clinical applications of Buddhist meditation. She has been working with patients and their families through the Harlem Family Institute since 2004. She is a Visiting Lecturer at Union Theological Seminary, guest lecturer at Columbia University, and faculty member of the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Science.

We are asking for a suggested donation of $30 for this half day retreat. If it’s difficult for you to donate the suggested amount, please give whatever you are able. We want you to join us no matter what you are able to give! Please make a donation here: https://www.allsoulsnycbuddhism.org/donate.html.
