Nurturing the Good: The Power of Gratitude in Challenging Times Gratitude is enormously transformative in moments of hardship and a huge booster of resilience and strength. Mindfulness and Meditation teacher Kaira Jewel Lingo will offer teachings and practices based on her new book, We Were Made for These Times: 10 Lessons for Moving Through Change, Loss and Disruption, drawing from her own experience with times of change and challenge to support us during difficult times. She will share specifically about how to cultivate gratitude in daily life, including with the children in our lives, and even in the midst of heartbreak.

The event will include a guided meditation, a talk, and time for questions and responses.
